Please fill in the RSVP form below before Friday 12th April so we can tot up the numbers and plan properly.

Donations requested

We are crowdfunding this event and want it to be a really good do – something memorable for Nik, and an opportunity for his friends and family to come together in an enjoyable way.

Donations can be made through a JustGiving page set up specifically for this event to cover the cost of the venue, food, fireworks and an extra special send off for Nik. Please be generous if you can. Don’t worry if you can’t.

If there is any money left over after the event, it will be donated to a charity of Nik’s family’s choice.

\

What to wear

Come as you like! This is not a LARP event as such, but it will be LARP influenced. So costume is very welcome, although by no means required.

There may also be outdoor elements, so reasonably sensible footwear is suggested.

Black not required unless you’re a Drow or a Goth.

\

Food and Alcohol

You need to bring your own booze. There is no bar on site.

There will be tea, coffee and soft drinks available, and a small amount of alcohol provided for the toast.

Food will be:

  • Buffet style food on Saturday afternoon
  • A BBQ on Saturday evening
  • Breakfast rolls on Sunday morning

We may struggle to cater for specific dietary requirements and allergies but we’ll try our best, and let you know in advance if we can’t. It’s essential to let us know on the RSVP below if there is anything we should be aware of.

\

Sleeping Over

If you are staying in the bunk rooms you need to bring your own bedding.

\

Easiest to access by car, and parking on site.
